PIPELINE DIVISION

CONSTRUCTION OF FLOW LINES / BULK LINES IN LAND AND SWAMP AREAS

The detailed scope of work of Pipeline Division is as under:

  • Right of way clearing
  • Excavation / back filling of flow line / pipeline trench
  • Procurement and supply of line pipes and other materials to site
  • Collection of materials from Client if materials provided by client
·       Welding of flow lines, gas lines and delivery lines.
·       Radiography of all welded joints
·       Coating and wrapping of welded joints
  • Lowering of pipes
·       Pigging
·       Flushing of lines
·       Pressure testing constructed flow lines for 24 hours as per client specifications
  • Back filling
·       Hook-up of flow line / gas lines at both wellhead and flow station / gas plant ends.
·       Hook up flow line to the cathodic protection system at the flow station end.
·       Fabrication / installation of well head hook up arm
·       Pressure testing of hook up arm
·       Installation of flow line markers
  • Retrieval of disused lines

BECO ATLAS has dedicated welding fabrication shops for CS, SS and Duplex SS and have qualified welders to undertake job at any given point of time.
